Dr Kutbettin Altun was born in Mardin in 1970. He raised in Nuremberg Germany, finished his school there and moved back to Turkey in 1984. After graduating from Dicle University of Health, he completed his specialization at the Akdeniz University of Medicine . He made a lot of experience all around the world (Strasbourg France and in Aachen Germany and many more)
